It completely depends on the scale of the video. A micro-sized project could take only a few days, but most music videos, commercials & co. take about 2-4 weeks of preproduction,  number of days for production, and 1-2 months of postproduction. These durations can be sped up by hiring more people in parallel, which in turn increases the budget.
