The Moon & Back (2022) is a coming-of-age feature film by first-time writer/director Leah Bleich, produced by Prodigium's Tessa Byford, and stars Isabel May ("Alexa & Katie," "1883"), Missi Pyle ("Gone Girl," "Captain Fantastic"), Miles Gutierrez-Riley ("The Wilds"), and Nat Faxon ("The Way Way Back"). Co-produced with Wayfarer Studios, and it is distributed by Lionsgate and Grindstone Entertainment Group.
Story
High school senior Lydia Gilbert feels lost after her father's death, until she discovers a space opera script written by him. Equipped with a VHS camera and pocket change, she decides to honor her dad and make the script a reality.
