We provide development services, particularly in the documentary space and for narrative feature films. This includes the creative side of things - writing, selecting character arcs, figuring out the best format, building of pitch decks and teaers - and also the logistical/sales side, with budgeting, scheduling, attachments, financing structures and other bells and whistles that gives each project its best shot.

We have a 1,000+ person network of crew members across the United States, Canada, Japan and some parts of Europe that we've built for the past 10 years. Part of our work consists of staffing the right crew for the right job, and making sure they can bring their A-Game to your project.
We also work with casting directors to find the cast for your narrative projects, and work as producers in the unscripted space to identify potential documentary or reality subjects.

In the early stages of a production, it is essential to have a preliminary schedule and budget at hand when approaching investors, planning for actors’ schedules and evaluating the feasibility of a project. We have broken down, budgeted and scheduled more than a dozen independent films, documentaries, docu-series and narrative TV episodes for investor pitches, development departments and successfully funded productions with budgets ranging from $250k-$5M. Worry-free Management of Sets, Big and Small
Finding a production partner that you can fully rely on is a challenging task. You’ll be spending weeks together to bring your project to life. We’ve cultivated a 1,000+ crew member network on multiple continents and work with people we trust - places like the US or our Production Services in Japan. All hands on deck! No matter the size of the production, we manage hundreds of interdependent tasks in big productions – and you as our production partner can look over our shoulder as we get them done in real-time. Our tech stack is state-of-the-art – both in terms of cloud-based documents as well as task management and delegation.

We handle full production logistics - with large teams, complicated locations and challenging content.
We always strive to make our productions more efficient so our budgets can be focused on elevating the content. We internally developed G-Casper, a cloud-based upgrade to traditional production management tools (call sheets, crew lists, cast lists, production reports, etc.). Next to G-Casper, we developed an entire architecture of 10 live-synced management tools that track payroll, organize locations, scheduling and transportation. Each tool live-syncs to the others, with up to 100 crew members, 100 cast, and 300 background actors.
With that unique architecture, a ton of logistics work is streamlined – exclusively on Prodigium projects. - We also manage all paperwork end-to-end by working directly with a trusted production lawyer of your choice to line up the necessary legal documents for deliveries
- We work with a Payroll company to make sure crew and cast are paid on time, properly accounted for, and the work of Payroll is double-checked by production
- We take care of necessities like insurance, proper risk management and best practices, to ensure a smooth production and let our partners fully focus on the creative.

Picture Editing and Motion Graphics
With a total of 20+ years of experience in Film and TV, we’ll bring your projects over the finish line – on budget and on time. We utilize a RAID-based system and flexible software solutions. Our editing suite is ready to take on 4K projects of any sizes. We handle all editorial, from picture edit to titles, frame rate conversions, high speed and much more. Tired of long feedback emails? We offer a cloud-based feedback system for our clients – with auto-timestamps, drawing features and more.

We deliver and manage deliverables to many platforms, ranging from multi-format social media campaigns to theatrical feature film screenings. From 5.1 audio DCP to HDR to long lists of items, we will help you to get through the sometimes daunting deliverables process.
